I am not carrying “this” within this time. I am just processing it through, and quickly. Being accountable for my part and filtering the rest. The old shame, humiliation, and defeat rises – and falls. All is well with me. The child-like frustration, the self-defeating moan, a tear dropped. All is getting better within me. The rage, the pain, the heartache, the roar of emotions brought back, and released. Quicker and quicker comes the blessing.
